Centralwings - Budget Flights to Poland from the UK

The airlines' website Centralwings was established in December 2004 and commenced operations in February 2005. The airline is in partnership with Lufthansa and its budget subsidiary Germanwings. Both "wings" share mile programs and scheduling, however, they are both independently owned. Centralwings, as its name suggests, competes in the Central European market, namely Poland, with a fleet of LOT Boeing 737 aircraft. From the UK, flights depart from Edinburgh, Leeds Bradford and London (Gatwick and Stansted) and fly directly to Krakow, Warsaw and Gdansk in Poland. From Poland they fly to attractive destinations all over Europe including Lisbon, Rome, Bologna, ShHannon and Milan.

Centralwings currently operates flights from several airports in Poland to 23 international destinations, including London and Edinburgh in the UK. Other cities flown to are located in Ireland, France, Spain, Portugal, Italy, Greece and Bulgaria. It also operates services to a number of domestic destinations, including Gdansk, Krakow and Wroclaw. Passengers are required to check in at least 35 minutes prior to departure or stand the risk of losing their reservation. During check-in, a valid photo ID is required as well as the confirmation number received when booking. Passengers are given a seat number when booking, making the boarding procedure more orderly as opposed to several other budget airlines, which let passengers compete for the best seats when boarding the plane. During the flight, the Skybar is open to offer passengers a range of refreshments and snacks. As with most budget airlines, these must be paid for separately and centralwings accepts the main currencies of its destination network, including euros, Polish zloty and pounds sterling, as well as US dollars. Centralwings is one of the cheapest budget airlines in Europe. Don't delay! Click here to book your flight on Centralwings today!
